We’re a dynamic team of coffee roasters based in the Scottish Highlands dedicated to sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee from around the world. Founded in 2011 we have gone from strength to strength, supplying cafes, restaurants and individuals across Scotland and beyond.
We are currently looking for an assistant coffee roaster to join our friendly production team in Aberfeldy. This position is for a motivated, hard working person who is dedicated to producing an outstanding product for our discerning wholesale clients. Working alongside our head roaster duties include roasting, blending, packing and machine maintenance. This is a highly valued role and you’ll be an important member of our close knit team taking part in daily cuppings and team outings.
Aberfeldy in Perthshire is situated at the gateway to the Highlands with easy transport links to Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness. Our part of Scotland is well known for its natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle and when we’re not roasting coffee we love nothing more than heading out into the mountains and on to the rivers. Hiking, canoeing, SUP, ski touring and cycling are all available right on our doorstep. Aberfeldy is a vibrant and friendly community and we enjoy collaborating with other like minded businesses.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in Scotland’s exciting speciality coffee sector and all necessary training will be provided. Initially two to three days a week, we are offering a salaried position with full holiday and pension benefits.
