We’re currently on the lookout for a part-time office manager for a 12 month contract due to maternity leave. The role would suit an experienced individual willing to join our small, friendly and outgoing team.

We are looking to employ a bright, highly organised and enthusiastic person to work closely with our customer base. The position would suit someone with proven administrative skills, a friendly approach to customer service and a love of good coffee.

Your main role will be too look after over 50+ wholesale customer accounts across Scotland and ensure the smooth running of our roastery. Taking part in daily coffee cuppings and adapting to a fast-paced environment, we all work closely together to deliver a fantastic product and service to tight deadlines.

Office Manager (Part-Time, 12 months Maternity Cover, 24 hours per week)
Competitive salary (up to £25,000 pro rata depending on experience) 
Start date: September 2019
