We’re very excited to have joined forces with the brilliant Chocolate Tree, an award winning Scottish artisan chocolate company, to bring you these delicious organic 70% Peruvian Hot Chocolate flakes. Chocolate Tree shares the same ethics on environmental and social responsibility that we do and donate 1% of all their annual sales to environmental nonprofits creating positive change. Owners Alastair and Friederike Gower are committed to producing quality chocolate whilst protecting biodiversity and paying farmers a high price for their cacao. They source much of their cacao direct from origin including these very special delicate hot chocolate flakes.
We recommend that you use 1.5 heaped dessert spoons per cup whisked with hot or steamed milk.
200g packed in a recyclable cardboard tube with a compostable corn starch liner. 1KG packed in a Kraft biodegradable bag.
Ingredients:organic cocoa mass, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter.
Produced in a factory that handles nuts and dairy.
