Fazenda do Lobo is the Brazilian basis of our Red Stag Espresso blend and when roasted for filter stands alone as a delicious, chocolatey single origin offering. Named for the wolves that roam the hills above the farm, Lobo sits at 1050m above sea level in the beautiful region of Sul de Minas. Toucans and other birdlife are abundant on the farm which was established in 1996 and is Rainforest Alliance certified.

Owner Andrea is a fourth generation coffee producer and her husband Marcos is an agronomist. With the help of two of their three sons Fazenda do Lobo produces some outstanding coffees year on year and the family continue to look for ways to innovate on the farm and improve quality.

We are thrilled to have formed a close relationship with this farm and the lovely Foresti family and look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come.
